JOIN US FOR A FUN-FILLED WEEKEND! ELIGIBILITY: ONLY original artwork please; it should be handmade by the artist named on the application. Work is of good quality, eligible for show and sale to the public. Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting their own sales tax. They will also need to complete the ST19 certificate and return it to the address listed below prior to the event. BOOTH SPACE AND FEES: The registration fee of $40 entitles the exhibitor to an approximate 10x10' space. Setup will be based on Artist choice, at time of check in on a first-come first-serve basis. Please call the Chamber at 507-372-2919 to reserve your space today. Check in options are Friday after 11:00 am, or Saturday after 9:00 am. Exhibitors should check in at the 3rd Ave. entrance (corner of 3rd Ave and 8th St.). This is an outdoor festival, so be prepared for wind, rain, or shine. The fee is for tent space only, you must provide your items for display. EVENT PARKING: For the safety of all, artists can pull curbside to unload but vehicles or trailers will not be allowed in or around the booth areas after set-up. There will be reserved parking a short distance away. FESTIVAL HOURS: Advertised hours will be run in the Daily Globe, and also in the Official Regatta Program. Arts on the Shore times will be advertised for Friday 3:00 pm to 8:00pm, and Saturday 11:00am to 8:00pm. Feel free to extend your hours as you desire. The Music Festival and Windsurfing starts on Friday and brings in large crowds both Friday and Saturday. Past artists have been very pleased with sales, and return year after year. KIDS ART TENT- Various arts and crafts activities will be offered free for kids on Saturday from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm, thanks to our local Optimist Club.
